About Me

My name is John Dunlop and I’m a junior at Cedar Falls High School. This is the first year that that I have been apart of the Cedar Falls High School journalism staff and its also the first year of me really getting serious about my photography skills and learning. My Dad, Mike Dunlop, and instructor, Brian Winkel, have really helped me through my success this year with learning how and what makes a good photo. Sports photography is by far the most interesting and fun things that I take photos of. It really has given me a unique perspective of the sports games. I plan on going to the University of Northern Iowa and taking pictures for their journalism program after high school.
